Hi, my name is Raymond Rios. I’m a proud girl dad and engaged to my amazing fiancée. Family means everything to me, and that’s a big part of why I’m so passionate about real estate. I understand how important it is to find not just a house, but the right home and community.

I’ve lived in the Temecula and Murrieta area for most of my life and have spent my entire life in Southern California. This has given me a deep appreciation for the neighborhoods and lifestyle that make this area such a great place to call home.

Before real estate, I worked in sales and also had the opportunity to play professional baseball. That experience taught me discipline, focus, and how to stay committed under pressure. I bring that same mindset into every client relationship, along with professionalism, strong communication, and reliable follow-through. I am also fluent in Spanish.

Now, as part of Abundance Realty in Temecula, I’m excited to help clients from all walks of life—including families, couples, single buyers and sellers, and investors—navigate the market with confidence. My top priority is making the process as smooth and clear as possible.
