Nick Anselmo

Nick was born and raised in Temecula. He graduated from Chaparral High School and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business: Organizational Management from the California State University of San Marcos. When he started Abundance Real Estate with his partner & co-founder Dillon Hall, they did so with the goal to create a company that solely consisted of motivated, productive, and ethical individuals.

Nick's team is on track to close over $500M in volume in 2022 and is personally on track to about 100 transactions on his own. In 2022, Nick and his future wife, Sabrina welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Roxie Rose Anselmo to this world and purchased a home here locally in Temecula, just a few streets away from where Nick grew up. Nick is the oldest of 4 children having 2 brothers & 1 sister. His brother, Anthony Anselmo works alongside him as well as his father, Dominic Anselmo with his youngest brother, Joseph working on entering the field once he graduates high school.

In the limited free time he has, Nick spends most of it going on walks with Sabrina & Roxie or having family gatherings with all grandparents & siblings who all spoil over their first grandchild, Roxie.
