Buying or selling a home is a big financial decision, and I think having someone who understands both the real estate side and the financial side can make a big difference.

Before getting into real estate, I spent several years as a financial advisor. That experience has stayed with me throughout my real estate career and has shaped how I look at every transaction. I don't just look at a house as a place to live. I look at the numbers, the long term financial picture, and how the decision fits into the bigger goals of the client.

I've been selling real estate throughout Southern California for 15+ years and have closed more than $100M in transactions. I also invest in real estate myself, so I've experienced the process from both sides of the table professionally and personally. 

When I work with clients, I keep things pretty simple. I believe in being available, communicating openly, and giving people honest advice without putting pressure on them. Whether you're buying your first home, selling and moving on to your next chapter, or looking for an investment property in the Temecula Valley, my goal is to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
